KL-B series Condensing unit is a common, integrated, air-cooled refrigeration core equipment, widely used in commercial and some industrial refrigeration fields. It adopts the integrated design of scroll compressor and simulation optimization heat exchange system, and is specially designed to provide efficient and reliable refrigeration core for commercial refrigeration and freezing equipment. It is suitable for 45℃ high temperature environment, IP54 protection level, and supports room-free installation.
1. Sound absorption and noise reduction:
Wave sound-absorbing cotton is pasted inside the box to effectively block the propagation of noise, greatly reduce the operating noise of the unit, and provide users with a quiet use environment.
2. Improve protection measures:
Equipped with high and low pressure protection and exhaust temperature over-high protection and other perfect protection functions, it fully guarantees the safe operation of the unit and reduces the occurrence of faults.
3. Structural reinforcement:
Adopt a new generation of octagonal sheet metal structure to improve the structural strength, make the unit more sturdy and durable, and at the same time have a stronger three-dimensional sense and improve the appearance quality.
4. High temperature resistant simulation heat exchange system
Using Italian Unilab fluid dynamics simulation design, condensing temperature ≤50℃ at 45℃ ambient temperature (industry average ≥55℃)
Small diameter internal threaded copper tube + nano hydrophilic fins, heat exchange efficiency is 15% higher than conventional units
Glass fiber reinforced ABS fan blades (temperature resistance 120℃) + 6-pole low-speed motor (≤850rpm), high temperature working condition air volume attenuation ≤5%
5. Zero welding rapid deployment architecture
Conical sealing thread interface (compatible with Φ12-28mm copper tube), installation time is reduced by 60%
Integrated IP54 protective chassis, eliminating the cost of rain shelter/machine room construction
Octagonal sheet metal frame verified by FEA mechanics, wind load resistance increased by 40% (EN 1991-1-4 standard)
