KCFP series Open type Condensing unit is a core refrigeration equipment designed for industrial and large commercial refrigeration systems. It uses an external motor to drive the compressor (open design) and integrates key components such as compressor, air-cooled condenser, and liquid storage tank. It is mainly used to compress, cool and condense gaseous refrigerant into liquid, providing stable refrigeration cycle core power for cold storage, food processing, cold chain logistics and other applications.
1. Core compressor system
Equipped with Bitzer original refrigeration compressor to ensure that the operating stability and thermodynamic performance meet the requirements of industrial refrigeration.
2. Water-cooled unit heat exchange system
The shell and tube water condenser adopts a high-efficiency external thread reinforced heat exchange tube design, and the tube wall structure effectively increases the heat exchange area. The manufacturing and acceptance process are carried out in accordance with the NB/T47012-2020 "Pressure Vessel for Refrigeration Equipment" standard to ensure pressure safety and process consistency.
3. Air-cooled unit heat exchange system
The heat exchanger is equipped with a high-efficiency internal thread copper tube, combined with a corrugated aluminum fin structure to improve the air side turbulence efficiency and heat conduction performance.
The fan adopts an external rotor type condensing fan with low noise operation characteristics (the specific sound pressure level needs to refer to the measured data) and high air volume output efficiency.
4. Selection of refrigeration accessories
Key refrigeration components (including but not limited to expansion valves, filters, solenoid valves) use domestic/imported industrial-grade accessories that meet national or international standards to ensure the long-term reliability of system operation.
5. Energy efficiency design characteristics
By increasing the condenser volume margin design, reducing the system condensation temperature, and optimizing the compressor working pressure ratio, the energy efficiency ratio of the whole machine operation is improved (the COP value needs to be measured according to specific working conditions).
6. Technical specifications and applicability
The product covers a wide range of refrigeration temperature ranges (the specific temperature range needs to indicate the model parameters), and can adapt to -40℃ to +10℃ refrigeration needs.
It is suitable for the supporting condensation needs of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems such as fresh-keeping warehouses, refrigeration equipment, and ice machines.
