TE series box type condensing unit is an efficient refrigeration solution enabled by Emerson technology. It is based on scroll compressors and adopts a double-layer large box structure design, which is specially designed for medium and low temperature cold storage scenarios. 1. Compressor system:
The unit is equipped with Emerson scroll compressor dual platform: the medium temperature type adopts ZB series compressor, covering - 2~5℃ refrigeration scenarios, the single machine capacity extends to 30HP, and the cooling capacity reaches 53kW; the low temperature type is equipped with ZFI series compressor with jet enthalpy increase (EVI) technology, which can operate in a deep cold environment of - 15~-35℃, and the pressure is adjusted by dynamic exhaust valve, combined with jet enthalpy increase loop control, so that the energy efficiency ratio is improved by 15%-20%.
2. Heat exchange system:
U-shaped condenser: adopts a streamlined tube row design, the air inlet area is 30% larger than the traditional structure, and the heat exchange efficiency is increased by 25% with the synchronous operation of dual fans.
Fan optimization: the overall stretched large rounded high wind tube design, combined with the external rotor motor, increases the air volume by 18% while reducing the noise to below 68dB.
3. Box engineering design:
Double-layer anti-corrosion structure: galvanized steel plate spray-coated shell (RAL9006 silver gray) has been tested for more than 1000 hours by salt spray, and is suitable for extreme environments of -40℃ to 50℃.
Maintenance convenience: modular layout of upper and lower layers, the compressor door adopts a hinged design, combined with honeycomb sound-absorbing cotton lining, the maintenance space is expanded by 40% and the operating noise is reduced by 5dB.
4. Intelligent control logic:
Standard microcomputer controller, supports multi-mode operation:
Energy-saving mode: Automatically adjust the start and stop of the dual fans according to the ambient temperature, reducing energy consumption by 20%;
Redundant protection: Integrated high and low pressure switches, oil pressure difference protection, motor overheat protection and other 12 safety mechanisms
