ESDP Series Pump Supply Double-Side Blow Evaporator

ESDP series pump supply double-side blow evaporator, adopts a 304 stainless steel pipe evaporator, with downward air inlet and both sides of the air outlet structure, with a maximum working pressure of 52 bar, and is adapted to a barrel pump liquid supply fluorine system and a subcritical CO₂ system, and has technical characteristics such as low temperature corrosion resistance, high heat transfer efficiency, and stable operation.

1. Structural design optimization
The outer shell adopts 304 stainless steel plate, and the outer water tray is a hinged edge-angle structure to achieve no dead angle drainage; the inner water tray is an aluminum plate sink type, which can directly divert condensate and defrost water, which has both maintenance convenience and drainage efficiency.​

2. Efficient heat transfer components
The evaporator coil is φ15mm 304 stainless steel pipe, and the square arrangement design increases the heat transfer area, reduces the heat transfer temperature difference (≤2℃), while reducing the dry consumption rate of food and delaying the frosting speed of the fins.​

3. Diverse adaptation systems
Hydrophilic aluminum foil corrugated fins are available in 4.0mm/6.0mm/9.0mm pitch selection, adapting to different temperature and humidity conditions; stainless steel outer rotor fans cover φ400-630mm specifications to meet diverse air volume requirements.

4. Reliable operation guarantee
Electric heating defrost is standard, and stainless steel heating pipes are all arranged in the coil and internal water tray, with defrost efficiency ≥95%; IP65-grade waterproof junction box and independent electrical circuit design improve operational stability in low temperature and high humidity environments.​

5. Widely compatible with refrigerant​
Supports a variety of refrigerants such as R404A, R507A, R744 (CO₂), R22, etc., and is adapted to mainstream refrigeration system architecture.
