EF series floor type quick-freezing Evaporator is an ideal supporting equipment for rapid cooling processing and low-temperature quick-freezing cold storage. 1. Coil and fin design
The φ15 copper tube is arranged in a square shape, with hydrophilic aluminum foil corrugated aluminum sheets. The sheet spacing can be selected as 6.0mm, 9.0mm, and 12.0mm to meet different temperature and humidity requirements. For example, 6.0mm sheet spacing is suitable for high humidity environments, and 12.0mm sheet spacing is suitable for low-temperature and low-humidity quick-freezing storage. By optimizing the sheet spacing, the frosting speed is delayed and the defrosting frequency is reduced.
2. Large arc high wind tube
The overall stretched high wind tube design has excellent wind guiding effect. With the blower fan, the wind speed on the food surface can be reduced to the lowest level in the industry, reducing dry loss (food moisture evaporation loss) and improving freezing uniformity.
3. Electric defrosting technology
The standard configuration is stainless steel heating tubes, which are evenly distributed on the coil fins and the inner water tray plate. Aluminum sleeves are added to the coil heating tube holes to improve the heat conduction efficiency. Compared with hot air defrosting, electric defrosting is easy to operate and defrosts thoroughly. It is especially suitable for quick-response quick-freeze warehouses. It can complete defrosting within 30 minutes, and the system does not require additional pipeline modification.
4. Electrical safety and maintenance convenience
IP65 waterproof design: The junction box and connector adopt IP65 protection level to adapt to the high humidity environment of the cold storage. The fan and heating tube are wired separately to reduce the risk of short circuit.
Hinged side panels: The two side panels can be opened quickly to facilitate the inspection of the coil and cleaning of the water tray, and the maintenance efficiency is improved by more than 40%.
5. Wide temperature operation
The fan can work stably at -45℃, and is equipped with a high-power, high-pressure motor (such as a 2kW model) to ensure the residual pressure outside the machine, achieving an air supply range of ≥15 meters in the quick-freeze warehouse, covering a large area of freezing.
6. Typical application scenarios
Food quick freezing: suitable for rapid freezing of meat, aquatic products, pastries, etc., through low wind speed design (≤2m/s) to reduce dry loss, maintain food cell integrity, and reduce juice loss rate after thawing by more than 30%.
Medical cold chain: supports -45℃ deep cold environment, meets the low-temperature storage requirements of biological products and vaccines, and IP65 protection level ensures the reliability of the equipment in harsh environments such as clean rooms.
Chemical and electronics: Customizable explosion-proof design, used for cooling chemical raw materials and low-temperature testing of electronic components, and resistant to corrosive gas erosion.
