GUM series large ceiling type evaporator mainly adopts large-size high-lift fan motors with fan diameters of 630 and 710mm, which are developed to meet the needs of large cooling capacity and long range. This series of products has the following characteristics:
1. Shell: Standard configuration uses high-quality galvanized steel plate with plastic spraying on the surface, which has strong anti-corrosion performance; aluminum plate and stainless steel shell materials can be customized.
2. Heat exchanger end plate: Standard configuration uses aluminum plate as a flexible support for the tube plate to prevent the copper tube from contacting the steel plate and effectively protect the copper tube.
3. Water tray design: The outer water tray adopts an angled angular structure, which has smooth drainage and no dead corners; the inner water tray is covered with a full aluminum plate to reduce air bypass, speed up the discharge of condensed water, and enhance the radiant heat of defrosting.
4. Heat exchange tube: Standard configuration uses high-efficiency internal threads with medium diameter. Its optimized tooth height can better intensify the disturbance of refrigerant during flow and form a turbulent state. The refrigerant in the turbulent state has more sufficient contact with the inner wall of the heat exchange tube. Compared with the bare tube, the heat exchange area in the tube has also been greatly improved, which effectively improves the heat exchange efficiency on the refrigerant side.
5. Aluminum fins: Standard configuration uses the latest European double sine wave fork-arranged fins to improve air turbulence, optimize pressure drop, and effectively enhance the heat exchange efficiency on the air side. The material is hydrophilic corrugated aluminum sheet with strong anti-corrosion ability and sheet spacing of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, 9.0mm, 8.0/16.0mm to meet different temperature and humidity change requirements.
6. Fan: Standard configuration uses a large-diameter 4-pole high-efficiency high-static pressure external rotor fan with thermal protection, which has the advantages of long air supply distance, high static pressure, and strong comprehensive motor protection performance. EC energy-saving motor is optional.
7. Liquid distributor: Standard small pressure drop Venturi type liquid distributor, with wide liquid distribution efficiency range, wide adaptability to liquid supply temperature range, and high comprehensive efficiency; all models of air coolers use a single liquid distributor to optimize the cost of pipeline valves.
8. Range extension kit: Optional Kaidi self-developed range extension kit to optimize the air supply cycle, disperse the radiation of longitudinal acceleration without losing pressure, and increase the target air supply volume.
9. Defrosting: Standard electric defrosting or water defrosting. Electric defrosting: Stainless steel heating tubes are evenly distributed in the coil fins and on the inner water tray plate, and defrosting is uniform without dead corners; water defrosting: Kaidi patented technology water distributor and water tray are used, and the defrosting is uniform and the amount of drift is small. Hot air defrosting can also be used according to customer requirements.
10. Junction box: IP65 grade waterproof junction box and waterproof connector are used, which has better waterproof effect, convenient and simple wiring, high terminal pressure resistance, and high reliability.
11. Test: The air cooler undergoes cleaning and testing before leaving the factory, and passes a strict 28bar pressure test.
12. Refrigerant: It can be used with refrigerants such as R404A, R507A, R448A, R449A, R134a, and R22.
13. Pressure interface: The standard coil collection riser is equipped with a 1/4-inch needle valve port to facilitate the pressure point of the electronic expansion valve.
