KUD Series Ceiling Type Evaporator

KUD series ceiling type evaporator is an efficient and energy-saving refrigeration equipment launched by Zhejiang Kaidi Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd., which is specially designed for scenes such as cold storage, food processing room and logistics center. Its compact and reliable structural design maximizes the utilization of storage space, and the low-noise external rotor motor effectively reduces work area noise and improves comfort. The refrigeration capacity covers 1.2KW to 114KW, and is compatible with a variety of refrigerants such as R134a, R404A, R507A, R407C and R22. It is widely used in fresh preservation, freezing and quick freezing needs.

Features:
1. Efficient heat exchange and energy-saving design
   - Adopt a staggered coil structure and combined with mechanical expansion tube technology to make the copper tube tightly fit with the aluminum fins, significantly improving heat exchange efficiency and ensuring seal reliability.  
   - The thickness of the heat exchange copper tube can reach 0.6mm, and with reasonable fin spacing (high-temperature type 4.5mm, medium-temperature type 6.0mm, low-temperature type 9.0mm), achieving uniform frosting and efficient refrigeration.  

2. Low noise and long life operation
   - Equipped with a low-noise external rotor motor, with large air volume and long range, and low power consumption, significantly lower noise than traditional equipment, extending service life.  
   - The fan adopts moisture-proof and low-temperature resistant design to ensure stable operation in extreme environments.  

3. Reliable defrosting and safety performance
   - Choose stainless steel tubular electric heating tube with strong insulation, which is evenly distributed in the coil, with short melting time and uniform effect to avoid secondary icing.  
   - The coil is airtightly tested at 2.6MPa air pressure and has high airtightness when leaving the factory to ensure long-term and stable operation.  

4. Flexible adaptation and durable case
   - The shell is provided with two materials: aluminium plate and plastic-sprayed steel plate, which meets different corrosion protection and aesthetic needs.  
   - The shell treated by the plastic spraying process is corrosion-resistant and vibration-resistant, and is suitable for the high humidity environment of the cold storage.  

With its excellent performance and reliability, the KUD series of air coolers have become an ideal choice in the field of cold storage refrigeration, suitable for all scenarios from fruit and vegetable preservation to frozen food storage.

As one of the professional China KUD Series Ceiling Type Evaporator Supplier and Wholesale KUD Series Ceiling Type EvaporatorOEM/ODM Company, we have been focusing on refrigeration for nearly 30 years.
