EN Series Large Ceiling Type Evaporator

EN series large Ceiling type Evaporator is a equipment specially developed for large-scale cold storage and high-refrigeration capacity demand scenarios. Its core design revolves around large-scale fan motors and is equipped with fans with a diameter of more than 710mm, which can meet the needs of large-scale storage cold storage, industrial refrigeration workshops and other environments with high requirements for refrigeration efficiency and coverage. By optimizing structural design and core component configuration, this series of products not only ensures stable refrigeration performance, but also takes into account the convenience of installation and maintenance and the adaptability to multiple working conditions. It can adapt to large refrigeration systems of different sizes, providing continuous and reliable cooling output for low-temperature storage, rapid freezing and other scenarios.

1. Structure and materials: The outer shell is made of galvanized steel plate and is sprayed with RAL9006, which is highly anti-corrosion; the two side plates and the outer water tray plate are hinged, which are convenient to operate; the end plate of the heat exchanger is supported by aluminum plates to avoid contact damage between the copper tube and the steel plate; in the double-layer water tray structure, the outer plate is angled and the inner plate is aluminum plate sink type to ensure no residue in drainage.​

2. Heat exchange system: It adopts square arrangement of φ15 copper tubes, combined with hydrophilic aluminum foil corrugated aluminum sheets with a pitch of 4.0-12.0mm, which can be flexibly adapted according to temperature and humidity requirements, reducing food dry consumption and frosting speed.​

3. Operating configuration: equipped with 6-electrode fan with φ710, φ800, and φ910 specifications; stainless steel electric heating pipes are uniformly arranged in standard defrost, supporting customization of hot gas defrost; the electrical system adopts IP65 waterproof junction box and connectors, the fan and heating pipe are independently wired, and a needle valve is installed at the outlet. After a 23bar pressure test, the reliability is outstanding.​

4. Adaptation capability: It can be pre-installed with expansion valves and other accessories, compatible with R404A, R507A and other refrigerants; it is equipped with floor-standing support feet to simplify the installation process.
