ESL series direct expansion stainless steel tube evaporator is designed for users who pursue efficient and reliable refrigeration solutions. The ESL series direct expansion stainless steel tube coolers represent the advanced level of modern industrial refrigeration equipment. Its core advantage lies in the use of food-grade 304 stainless steel as the core material of the evaporator coil and key components. This not only gives the equipment excellent corrosion resistance, but also effectively resists the corrosion of humid environments, condensate and a variety of chemical substances. It is especially suitable for places such as food processing, medical warehousing, aquatic cold chain, and chemical environment that require strict sanitation and durability. , its core advantages are as follows:

1. Durable structure: The shell uses 304 stainless steel plates, which have excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for a variety of complex environments; the two side plates and outer water tray plates adopt a hinged structure, which is convenient and efficient in maintenance; the heat exchanger coils are made of φ15 stainless steel pipes, arranged in square shapes, and have the advantages of large heat transfer area, small heat transfer temperature difference, small food dry consumption, and slow frosting speed of fins, extending the service life of the equipment.​

The outer water tray adopts an angled structure, and the drainage is smooth and without dead corners; the inner water tray adopts an aluminum plate sink structure, so that condensate or defrost water can be quickly introduced into the drain of the outer water tray, effectively avoiding the problem of water accumulation.​

Heat exchange configuration: Hydrophilic aluminum foil corrugated aluminum sheets provide a variety of 4.0mm, 6.0mm, 9.0mm, and 12.0mm pitch options to accurately match different temperature and humidity requirements; the maximum working pressure reaches 52bar, which can be stably applied to refrigeration systems with expansion valves as throttling devices.​

4. Stable air supply system: Equipped with a variety of fan specifications, φ400, φ500, φ550, φ630 specifications use stainless steel outer rotor fans, with working temperature range -30℃~60℃; φ800 specifications use Xerox belt plastic flow ring fans, which can operate stably in an environment of -40℃ at a minimum, meeting diverse usage scenarios.

5. Intelligent defrost: Standard-equipped electric heating defrost, stainless steel heating pipes are evenly distributed on the coil fins and inner water plates, defrost is fast and thorough; supports customized water frost service, and flexibly meets different customer needs.​

6. Electrical guarantee: It adopts IP65-grade waterproof junction box and waterproof joint, and the fan is wired separately from the heating pipe. It has excellent waterproof performance and high reliability in use. It supports a variety of refrigerants such as R507A, R404A, R448A, R449A, R22, etc., with a wide adaptation range, providing users with stable and reliable refrigeration solutions.
