KCWS Series Shell And Tube Water-Cooled Condenser

As an important pressure vessel product of the KCWS series, KCWS always puts quality and safety first. All products have been strictly supervised and inspected by the Technical Supervision Bureau, and are designed, selected, manufactured and inspected in accordance with relevant national standards and industry standards such as GB150.1~GB150.4-2011 "Pressure Vessel", GB151-2014 "Heat Exchanger", NB/T47012-2020 "Pressure Vessel for Refrigeration Equipment", etc., to ensure your safety. ​
This series of products includes shell and tube water-cooled condensers, seawater condensers and other types, with heat exchange capacity ranging from 8.3KW to 397.3KW, suitable for various refrigerants such as R134a, R404A, R507, R407C, R22, etc., and can meet the refrigeration needs of different scenarios.

1. Enhanced heat transfer structure: using double-sided enhanced high-efficiency heat transfer copper tubes, and the new special tooth shape of Kaidi condenser developed in cooperation with suppliers to improve heat exchange efficiency, making heat exchange faster and more sufficient. ​

2. Combination of standardization and customization: using standardized design, and can be customized according to customer specific needs to meet personalized usage scenarios. ​

3. Interface design: the inlet and outlet water interfaces adopt left and right eccentric design, and the interface is a national standard threaded interface, which is convenient for customers to install pipelines and valves on site. ​

4. Liquid collection bag pressure stabilization design: the unique liquid collection bag design provides better liquid supply effect, adapts to the fluctuation of refrigerant in the cylinder, and enhances the operation stability of the unit. ​

5. Multi-channel sealing and leak prevention: the tube sheet tube hole adopts a multi-channel sealing groove design to reduce the risk of leakage between the tube sheet and the heat exchange tube. ​

6. Safety fusible plug protection: set up a "safety fusible plug" device, when the liquid temperature in the shell exceeds the set value, it will automatically melt and reduce the pressure to ensure the safety of the refrigeration system.​

7. Supporting installation accessories: standard compressor bracket, pressure gauge and oil separator bracket are provided to facilitate customer installation and use; drainage ports are provided at the lower ends of the front and rear end covers to facilitate drainage and prevent water accumulation in the tube from freezing and breaking the heat exchange tube due to low ambient temperature. ​

8. Secondary shot peening: After secondary shot peening, the cleanliness of the shell is ensured, and the paint is firmly attached. The overall appearance is beautiful, small in size, large in heat exchange capacity, and low in failure rate. ​
Dual-pass pressure test: All products have undergone shell and tube pressure tests and passed the pressure test, and the quality is guaranteed. ​
