1. Housing and tube plate
The shell is made of high-quality steel plate, which is treated with low temperature powder spraying, and has extremely strong anti-corrosion properties, which can cope with complex usage environments. At the same time, it supports customization of aluminum plates and stainless steel materials, which can meet the special needs of different scenarios. All pipe plates are made of 2.0 wall-thick alloy aluminum plates, which effectively reduces the wear of heat exchange copper pipes caused by thermal expansion and contraction, minimizes the possibility of internal leakage, and ensures the long-term and stable operation of the equipment.
2. Double-layer water tray design
The outer water tray adopts a hinged overlap design, which facilitates staff to inspect and maintain operations. The slope of the pressing bar at the bottom can speed up the drainage speed, avoid rust problems caused by accumulated water and freezing, and extend the service life of the water pan.
The inner water tray plate is covered with all aluminum plates, which can reduce air bypass, improve the working efficiency of the fan, and enhance the defrost effect to ensure the efficient operation of the refrigeration system.
3. Heat exchange component
The heat exchange pipe uses first-line brands of high-efficiency internal threaded pipes, which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency by optimizing the loop design and the layout of the positive triangle. Paired with classic European sine wave corrugated aluminum fins, it can increase air disturbance, significantly enhance the heat exchange capacity on the air side, and make the cooling effect more excellent.
4. Fan
Equipped with a customized high-power sub-transfer fan, it has a wide temperature range and can operate stably in an environment of -40℃~60℃. The motor insulation level reaches F, and it operates reliably, providing strong power for the efficient operation of the equipment.
5. Defrost system
Low-power density stainless steel electric heating pipes are used and reasonably arranged in the coils and on the internal water tray. This design makes heating more even, not only enhances the defrost effect, but also extends the service life of the electric heating tube and reduces equipment maintenance costs.
6. Adaptability
The standard spacing is 4.5mm, 6.0mm and 9.0mm, which can meet different temperature and humidity requirements and adapt to diverse refrigeration scenarios.
It is compatible with R404A, AR507A, R134a, R22 and other refrigerants, greatly improving the scope of application of the product.
