KDLS series evaporative condenser redefines efficient cooling solutions with innovative design and superior performance. The equipment uses water and air as the medium, and condenses the gaseous refrigerant into liquid through a unique evaporation heat exchange mechanism. Its core component, the high-efficiency elliptical coil adopts a compact arrangement, which increases the heat exchange area by 20% compared to traditional circular tubes. It also comes with a slope design and weldless process, which not only reduces the refrigerant charge, but also avoids leakage risks from the root cause; hot-dip zinc anti-corrosion and high-pressure testing ensure long-term and stable operation.

    Technical description:
    (1) The concrete (or steel) support and embedded parts shall be provided by the user. The structural design shall be completed by professional engineers to ensure the safety of the equipment foundation.
    (2) The foundation load shall be calculated in reference to the operating weight of the equipment, and the foundation size shall be designed according to the foundation size comparison table.
    (3) The upper surface of the concrete (or steel) support must be flat, and the levelness shall not exceed 1.5mm per meter.
    (4) During installation, it is not allowed to use gaskets between the support and the equipment for leveling.
    (5) In addition to meeting the system connection height requirements, the height of the concrete (or steel) support shall be no less than 800mm from the ground to facilitate maintenance of the bottom of the equipment. Before installing the equipment, the equipment manual should be carefully read and the installation requirements therein should be followed.
    (6) The layout of the equipment should be carried out according to the selection recommendations. There should be no obstructions or obstacles around the equipment air inlet grille and axial fan exhaust outlet.
